The Ponti

The Ponti is an immersive dining environment with an expansive outdoor terrace and indoor public and private dining spaces. The locally sourced, seasonal menus offered align with the high standards of sourcing and sustainability.

  • Thursday: 11 am–4 pm

  • Sunday: 11 am–4 pm

Happy Hour (beginning May 22, 2025)*

  • Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays: 4 pm–7 pm

Meet the Consulting Chef

Jennifer Jasinski is the consulting chef for the Denver Art Museum’s new restaurant, The Ponti. Jasinski completed her formal education at the Culinary Institute of America and trained under Wolfgang Puck for ten years. In 2000, Jasinski moved to Denver as the Executive Chef at Panzano. She was named Colorado Chef of the Year in 2004 and Western Regional Chef of the Year in 2005 by the American Culinary Federation. In 2004, Jasinski opened her first restaurant, Rioja, in Denver’s Historic Larimer Square. She and business partner Beth Gruitch acquired Bistro Vendôme in 2006, followed by the opening of Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen in 2010. She also owns Stoic & Genuine and Ultreia in Denver’s Union Station. Jasinski was named James Beard Foundation award-winner for Best Chef Southwest in 2013. In 2016, she was named a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef national award.

Café Gio

In addition to The Ponti, the museum also offers quick-service casual dining at Café Gio. The café is located across the main hall from The Ponti on level one of the welcome center. Patrons of the café can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating, with a 1,273-square-foot interior, and a 1,088-square-foot terrace.

Hours

Open daily during regular museum hours, closed on Wednesdays. On Tuesdays, Café Gio closes at 5 pm except on select Free Days.
