Public Tours
Join specially trained docents for tours and discussions of the museum's galleries, exhibitions, and campus! Tours are free with general admission.
To join a tour, look for the docent in the lobby of the Hamilton Building. If you are visiting with a group larger than 10, consider booking a group tour.
Tours vary depending on the day you visit. The current schedule is as follows:
Mondays, 1:30-2:15 pm: Confluence of Nature: Nancy Hemenway Barton
Tuesdays, 12:30-3 pm: Kent Monkman Spotlight Talks
Wednesdays: Closed
Thursdays, 1-1:30 pm: 3 in 30 (3 artworks in 30 minutes)
Fridays, 1:30-2:15 pm: Confluence of Nature: Nancy Hemenway Barton
Saturdays, 1:30-2:30 pm: The Kirkland
Sundays, 1-1:30 pm: 3 in 30 (3 artworks in 30 minutes)
On the second Saturday of each month, join an Architecture Tour at 11 am to learn more about the interior and exterior of the DAM campus (weather permitting).
